We recently had to size up. My son loves his Halo sleep sacks, this is his 5th one. Cute prints, safe sleep, soft material.My only complaint is that most zip from the top, which makes it harder to do quickly and quietly if he is sleeping.

This has been the perfect transition out of the HALO SleepSack Swaddle for my little one. First time mom here, and the swaddle was a lifesaver, but as soon as baby started rolling we knew we needed to make a change! We liked the HALO brand, and we transitioned directly into this SleepSack. The material is soft, and it is a versatile weight. It is light enough that I can layer baby with just a short-sleeved onesie on warmer days, and provides enough insulation that I feel comfortable with baby layered with full PJs underneath on cooler nights. (We live in Minnesota, so summer temperatures can vary a lot depending on time of day and day of the week!) I also love that the baby can roll all around, in any direction, with no difficulty or fear of something getting caught and twisted around his neck.The zipper is high quality and I like that it starts near the feet, so it is never rubbing the baby's face. The cotton material stands up well to heavy use and multiple washings, and I have not had any pilling or discoloration so far. It feels soft for the baby. I have used just a single SleepSack for the past 1.5 months and it is still in great shape. When he grows out of the medium size, I plan to buy the next size up, probably in the microfiber fleece for the cooler fall/winter temperatures!Overall, would highly recommend!

My baby transitioned out of a swaddle at around 2 months. We had been using the Halo swaddle so I bought the Halo sleep sack and it’s perfect for her. She is long and thin and in the small she has plenty of room (both length and around) so she can kick and move easily. I also received a medium as a gift and I don’t think she’ll need to move up to that size for months. The upside down zipper makes diaper changes easy and warm. She wears a long sleeve footie under this and this is perfect as it’s not too heavy and is sleeveless so it’s not too hot. She seems comfortable and warm. Like the swaddle, it seems like this will withstand frequent washings.

Fits our very long 2 month old well. We like the lightweight fabric as the temperatures rise. Good quality as it’s been washed so much already.

So our little one somehow learned to climb out of crib, and tried to do essentially off herself every night being the silly toddler that she is. A friend suggested the sleep sack to basically “baby proof” herself - and it was a genius idea. The sleep sack gives the toddler some leg wiggle room, but limits enough range motion that the toddler can’t just do a full-on split or acrobatics with it on them. At the same time, the sleep sack is made with soft and warm material that our baby is kept warm at night and felt comfortable while sleeping. Overall 10/10 would recommend, just wish that we let her wear this before she learned to jump off the crib.

My son doesn’t like being swaddled, so we were looking for the perfect transition from the Halo Swaddles. I like that it’s light weight and will last him into the warmer months. We live in cooler weather, so for now in the winter months we usually pair it with his fleece jammies. I like that it zips from the top down, that makes for easier changes in the middle of the night without having to take it completely off. I do have to say that I am disappointed with the zipper, I’m sure it’s not on every sleep sac, but ours is broken. I fixed it to work, but there are so many times that the zipper still gets “off track”. That’s annoying to fix when you have a sleeping baby that you want to stay asleep. I tried finding a way to reach out to the distributor to let them know about the faulty zipper, but was unable to find a contact. Because of the zipper, I’m giving it 4 stars.

We began using sleep sacks with our daughter when she was 2 weeks old. She slept much better when she couldn't startle herself awake but neither my husband nor myself were very good at the swaddle (particularly at 3am when you haven't slept more than an hour at a time for over a week and can only keep one eye open and hope in the daylight that you might remember your own name). One night when I was looking for a clean blanket I came across a swaddle sack that had been a hand me down and decided to give it a go, I instantly liked it. It was not a HALO but at the time I didn't know the difference and it was easier than the blanket swaddle. We used it at night from then on but we only had the one and anyone with a newborn knows that you can't have just one of anything. So to amazon I went and after perusing several options I settled on HALO and have not looked at another brand since. After the swaddling stage was over we have continued to use a HALO and will do so until she outgrows all sizes and options. We use the fleece in the winter as we live in Colorado and switch to the cotton in the summer. They are well made, durable, fit well in the size range, wash and dry easily. I have been given some high end sleep sacks as gifts and I return them because they aren't as well made as the HALO and some of them do not zip down which I think is a good feature so your little one isn't jabbed by the zipper pull. The zip down makes diaper changes easier as you do not have to open the whole thing, just unzip halfway or so and tuck it up under until you are done. I've done many diaper changes by nightlight and not having to re-align a zipper you can't see is very helpful. The zippers are also good quality and have recently withstood my daughter's curiosity and attempts to open them, it will unzip but the zipper and the fabric have both held up to the experience of a toddler pulling on them repeatedly. I love them and gift them to others. If you try one, you will probably love it too.

This Halo sleep sack is the perfect balance of soft and lightweight. I have been looking for the best sack for my son to roll around in when he sleeps. The Disney Mickey Mouse design is very cute.

This sleep sack is great! We use it for our baby when it’s a little warm in the house! Otherwise we use the fleece ones by the same company. They fit my baby well! We sized up so he would be more comfortable. They offer a lot of cute designs. They are expensive, but worth it. They never go on sale!

We love the halo brand sleep sacks and swaddles! Have used them with both kids and they have the best zippers and range of products for each size of child!

Our NB loves sleeping in this sleep sack. The material is very cozy and comfortable.

I love these sleep sacks. It's the only brand we've used she our baby was a newborn. The zip from the bottom is convenient and the zipper is good quality (other brands we tried the zipper would split). The fabric is soft but lightweight so she doesn't get too hot at night. It's roomy enough that she can move around but not too much that she gets tangled in fabric.

Washes great, really good material. Keeps toddler snug & doesn’t overheat with breathable material.
