Adobe Lightroom with Lightroom Classic 1 TB , Photo Editing, Organization and Presets, Generative AI, Annual Subscription with Auto-Renewal, PC/Mac

Ended up having to cancel, Amazon didn't give me a redemption code and blamed Adobe.

I’ve been using lightroom for years… it’s the standard. There’s no point leaving reviews of the ‘product’ on Amazon…. But what I can review is the purchasing experience. Every year I’ve bought my 12 month LR (or LR & PS) on Amazon without issue. You get your code, redeem it on your account, done. NOT ANYMORE. You don’t get a code. You have to activate your subscription via a link which prompts you to CREATE an adobe account. Yes, you can ONLY activate the 12 month subscription you just bought by creating a new Adobe account. Adobe will NOT help you. It’s an Amazon problem, Amazon won’t help you either as it states “for new subscribers only”. Yes.. it was a NEW subscription as my previous one has expired. There was no reason to think this would prevent me from continuing with my existing Adobe account. They SHOULD instead state “for new ADOBE customers only” which wouldn’t be misleading.

the product is perfect but if you have ever had an account with adobe even if it was ten years ago you will need to know all the old passwords etc to get in and use this new software!!!

Terrible process still waiting for my code dont bother with Amazon just go direct to Adobe this is a real waste of time and way too difficult for something that should be instant access Update the actual product is excellent 4 days later but poor customer service from Amazon

Would not work as I have an exiting subscription. NOW I’m trying to work out how to get my money back!

No idea about the product as despite activating the subscription, Adobe do not have any record of the transaction. Hope others have more luck than me. Im trying to cancel through amazon the go directly to Adobe. the AI chat being useless!
