The product says for bread baking but these are only for proofing and there's only one bag and no liners

Great gift appeal!
Our young daughter is getting into sourdough baking, and I love that this is a sort of all-inclusive kit. My brief perusal of YouTube sourdough enthusiasts suggested that the performance of the silicone is good even for baking, and not just proofing - but I also gather that there are people on both sides of that issue, so do as you will. Very nice set, with box that's got good visual appeal for gifting.
