Love my free sip Owala’s. This is my first straw based. Purchased because:1) needed a larger size2) the larger flex sips are too large to hold comfortablyThis bottle is perfect at addressing those issues! Perfect size! Perfect shape, for hand (that may seem stupid but it’s not insignificant!) and it almost seems to be colder than my other 3 owalas?! I don’t know why this would be- the others are older, or if it’s a design feature or maybe …. It holds more ice!!🧊HOWEVER…. The one thing I’m missing…. I love the face that with the free sips when you take the cap off NOTHING (of value) touches the counter- not the straw or the mouthpiece. with this, refills are cumbersome or you have to note that something is going to be touching the surface area (again you can plan around this but it will be cumbersome)Otherwise…. Yes- it’s great. Have always loved owalas well before their rise to fame and always will. I probably won’t need another one of these- but I’ll always need more of the freesips!Good value, keeps drinks insanely cold, ergonomically built (straw user) cute to boot if that’s your thing.❤️

Bought this to keep on my bedside after a recent surgery. Perfect size so it does not have to be filled up constantly. It's been knocked over and only spills if it is full enough for liquid to come out of the straw ( I don't keep the cap on). It does get a little heavy when completely full with liquid and ice but it's been perfect for my needs and will continue to be used both inside and outdoors. With ice, keeps things cold well over 12 hours.

Love this water tumbler. Large and keeps ice cold over night. Prefer this to the other styles for insulating! A little heavy but I manage to carry it back and forth to work everyday

This cup is awesome. It keeps my water cold for long periods of time, and it doesn’t leak, from what I can tell. It holds lots of water, helping me stay hydrated throughout the day. It’s also aesthetically pleasing to the eye. I purchased a few accessories for mine, and I’ve also purchased one for my friend's daughter. I’m happy with my purchase, and I highly recommend it!

Can use the straw or pull it out and sip like from a cup. Great for holding my water and keeping it cold. If you put warm water in it will stay warm. The color is awesome! Seems durable so far and hold a lot of water.

I purchased the 40oz “Whimsical Daydream” tumbler directly from Owala’s official store on Amazon as a gift for my sister. Unfortunately, the color of the cup I received looks nothing like the product photos shown online. The pictures advertised a beautiful purple tone — what I received looks much more blue. It was honestly disappointing, especially since it was meant to be a special gift.To make things worse, when I reached out to Amazon customer service, I was told to contact Owala directly. After contacting Owala, they told me to go back to Amazon for help since I purchased through their Amazon store. I feel like I’ve been going in circles without anyone taking responsibility or offering a solution.I expect some slight color variation when shopping online — but this wasn’t a minor difference, it was a completely different-looking product.Just a heads-up for future buyers: If you’re expecting the color to match the photos, you might want to think twice. And if there’s an issue, be prepared for some back-and-forth between Amazon and the brand with little accountability.
