So for many years I actually had low Copper and did not realize it’. And I was taking way too much zinc which depleted my copper levels and I got white hairs. This supplement help make my copper levels perfect. I spent many years trying to find the right version my body agrees with. This has copper Gluconate which worked for me.

Big blue pills. Better with food.

I started taking these supplements because I was dealing with an eye issue and wanted to support my eye health. After taking them consistently for about three months, I noticed that the issue I was experiencing had resolved, which I was really pleased with. I’ve also felt a noticeable improvement in my overall energy levels since adding these to my routine. The only downside for me is the aftertaste. Occasionally, about 10 minutes after taking them, I notice a lingering burp flavor. It’s not ideal, but it hasn’t been a dealbreaker. I’ve actually put these on subscription and plan to keep taking them. If you don’t mind a bit of aftertaste and are looking for a supplement that feels effective over time, these are worth trying.

Excellent. I suffer from sciatic pain and recently it was very bad. I learned about this copper and ordered it after being out of commission for weeks. Within a few days I was feeling better, with less pain, within a weeki I was able to function again and leave the house(drive.)

I think this is a decent product, but just found out that youre not supposed to take Zinc and Copper together, because the Zinc prevents absorption of Copper.
