I hate the taste of microwaved meat. I got this to warm up my meat at lunch time. It works great. Simple and very effective way to heat your food without the radiation and gross taste. Easy to clean, easy to use.

This worked great for exactly 1 year! My husband is a truck driver and absolutely loved being able to have hot food for lunch. He’d heat his food up about an hour before he wanted it and he said it was always hot! Here we are one year later and it’s completely stopped working. Maybe a year is the best we can hope for these days, however, it’s still disappointing to now have to buy a new one.

Purchased the Personal versatile lunchbox, for my husband who works as a metal worker in commercial construction. Usually, there is no access to microwaves, and a food truck is his only option .. Burgers and hotdogs get tiring every day .. and it bothered me he would be eating his pre-made lunches cold, Especially during these cold , rainy winter days. I never knew this existed until a friend of mine told me, , thought I'd have him try it.I only wish that I purchased one sooner!!It’s awesome!! , lightweight and easy to carry. He sets it up about an hour before lunch, and when he's ready to eat, voila! Home cooked meal , ready to go!Not to mention we’ve saved tons of money on him eating out everyday,He really likes it, and especially likes eating a hot lunch in cold & rainy weather.I haven’t yet had the chance to use it as a rice cooker, Since it’s in daily use with hubby.. but I can’t wait to try it! and I will update my review to reflect..Highly recommended, Great price!

I got this for my hubby. He likes to take leftovers for lunch. He's always out in the field and doesn't have access to a microwave and thermos don't always keep food warm. This works really well. He really is hard on stuff and so far so good.

My boyfriend does concrete and often skips lunch because of lack of time and low accessibility to healthy meals. Before, if he wanted to get a hot meal, he had to order takeout or fast food. Now he can grab a quick bite to eat from his truck that leaves him satisfied and with enough energy to finish the job. Would make a very thoughtful gift. I had this product for a few weeks now and it’s amazing. If you work in the trades industry, it worth every penny. Depending on your food and how cold it is: it can take 30-40 minutes some times 40+ but rarely does. The size is perfect and comes with a mini snack/vegetable container which is nice. The spoon and fork are small but there’s more than enough room in the lunch box to pack an extra one.

Nice to have in your work truck for a hot lunch

This item is great to heat up food for lunch (they took away our microwaves at work because of Covid).It is not leak-proof if you have liquidy food and turn it on its side.Does not char food on the stainless insert bottom because it only heats food to about 150˚F, this makes it easy to clean. The top is a little harder to clean if you get food on it because of the crevasses.

Easy to clean, works awesome. Really nice having a hot meal while standing out in the cold.
