My daughter was able to attach this in a tree and work on her skills. Very convenient.

It can be tough to find a good place to put this where you can really jump and hit the ball. Our basketball hoop seems to be the best location. The velcro straps are a little long, but they work fine. So far, my son is enjoying it and it seems helpful in his development, plus, he doesn't have to chase after the ball and can practice on his own.

This volleyball spike trainer is better than other similar trainer but could be better.PROS:> It has elastic cord connected to the velcro so it's more bouncy and shock absorbing when hitting the volleyball. Other similar products with velcro straps don't have elastic cord.CONS:> The velcro straps are too long and big for the volleyball.> It's not as good as the StrikeSetter, which is spike training with a volleyball attached to the string. This is much softer and easier on the hand, not to mention you don't have to worry about attaching the volleyball.
