Helps my toddler keep her glasses on
I've been reading this book to my 20-month-old daughter multiple times a day since it arrived a little over a week ago. I think it has been really helpful for her to see pictures of babies and children wearing glasses. We don't know anyone else her age who wears glasses. We picked up her first pair of glasses today, and she has done far better at keeping them on than I thought she would, and I have to give a lot of the credit to this book.I have been able to pull out a few talking points from the book which I think prepared her for getting her glasses, such as "When you get your glasses, they will help you to see things a lot better," "The kids in this book are keeping their glasses on their faces, because the glasses help them see," "Your glasses are going to look so pretty on your face," "This girl is wearing purple glasses, just like you are getting purple glasses," etc.I do feel that the book is overpriced for such a small, short book (I would normally not pay more than about five dollars for a board book), but the content is cute and helpful. My daughter enjoys the book and often asks me to read it to her.

A Positive Book about Kids Wearing Glasses!
We recently found out that our 3 year old has to get glasses for the first time. I immediately started researching books about kids wearing glasses. In my research I was very disappointed to find out that most of the books out there actually start with a negative storyline about glasses. That didn't interest me at all. We want this to very positive for our toddler. I finally stumbled upon this book and I'm so glad I found it! It's a super simple book with cute little rhymes. Each page has a photo of a real kid wearing glasses. Our toddler will be the only kid in his class at school wearing glasses so we wanted to let him see photos of other kids wearing glasses. I'm probably going to purchase 1 more copy of this book so our son's teachers can read it in class.

Love the book waited to buy a used one at 17$ ish, still think itโs pricey but itโs a great book especially for your little ones with glasses.

Great book to introduce glasses to young ones
We just found out our 14 month old needs glasses and I wanted to have books in our home about glasses and children. This book is sweet and perfect rhyming to help introduce glasses to our son!

Highly Recommend
My two year old son was diagnosed with strabismus and had to get glasses. I wanted to find something to help him understand that lots of people wear glasses and that would feature children wearing similar glasses to his. There is an even mixture of boys and girls, circular and rectangular frames, and all different colors. This is a sturdy little book too! I bought some others that didn't hold up to my son's rough playing but this one is great.

Perfect book for young children who are new to glasses!
My one year old daughter just got glasses so we got her this book since none of her siblings wear glasses. She absolutely loves it and picks it out to read whenever she sees it. Yes, it is simple but that's all that's needed for her age. The rhyme makes it a fun read as well and my daughter enjoys seeing real life pictures of kids in glasses!

It was great to see kids of various ages with various sizes ...
I bought this book when we found out our daughter needed glasses at 15 months. It was great to see kids of various ages with various sizes and shapes of glasses. We read the book as we waited for her pair to come in. She adjusted great and I do believe that preparing her with this book played a part in that!
