Very highly appreciated by my mum
Despite the epic length, it read fluidly and easily and it was hugely enjoyable. So very interesting to compare and contrast memories from long ago with the text of this book. Heart-warming. Recommended in the highest terms.

Good book for a new corrie fan as it does tell you about long past characters,but so much has been missed out,especially the really funny bits.Think it would have been better to wrire as a series of books perhaps a decade per book.Very easy read.

... of the characters were missing and I was quite disappointed with this it would of been better to write ...
I was so looking forward to reading this book but a lot of the characters were missing and I was quite disappointed with this it would of been better to write smaller books to get all the characters in .
