Good AC at affordable cost.
The technician was good as he has coordinated well and installed hassle free. They did a good job in putting the AC and fixed the water leakage. The noise level is also good.

AC IS GOOD
On first day of installation I.e. on today dated 16JULY2025. It seems to be fine with respect to working. Installation process was also found smooth. Installation person Mr.Naimuddin done the job nicely. But actual working efficiency I will update again after 3months.

⚠️ URGENT WARNING: Do NOT Buy Cruise AC – Worst Experience Ever! I am writing this after an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience with Cruise AC. I purchased a Cruise AC barely 3–4 months ago, and shockingly, it has already stopped cooling. An AC that cannot even survive one season is nothing but a waste of money. What’s worse is the pathetic customer service. The Cruise technicians repeatedly say, “The AC is fine, we don’t see any issue.” If the AC is perfectly fine, then why is it not cooling even a single degree? I am literally left without any resolution, and the company is simply shrugging off responsibility. Now I am stuck with two terrible choices: 1. Replace the AC at my own cost even though it’s almost brand new, or 2. Keep a dead AC that does nothing. There is no proper support, no escalation, no accountability, nothing. Once the payment is done, Cruise simply disappears. This is the level of service they provide. To anyone reading this: PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT BUY CRUISE AC. Do not try to “save” one or two thousand rupees—because you will end up losing much more in time, frustration, and repairs. Go for a branded AC with real service and reliability. Cruise is absolutely not worth the money or the stress. After this horrible experience, I strongly feel this company is selling products that do not even last a few months, and then they refuse to take ownership when things go wrong. Avoid Cruise AC at all costs. Learn from my mistake. I regret buying this AC more than any appliance I’ve ever purchased.

The A C is good, Cooling happens with in few minutes. The instalation technition also done it properly, but in geting the bill of the stand and other items, cooporation of the corresponding people is not good.
