These have definitely helped my daughter who has ADHD. She is going to sleep a lot easier. We are a month in. I haven’t noticed any difference however with my son.

Delicious, my kids love them and I have some to from time to time. Good for mums as well! Texture is soft, not dry, something between gummy and a marshmallow.

I give these to my son daily. And anytime I miss a few days I notice the difference. He's very wild and unfocused but with these hes a little more attentive and less wild.

These were recommended to me for my ASD son, however there was absolutely no effect on him. Not a fan of giving sugar outside of meal times, and doing it right before bed seems a bit counterintuitive really. I can’t fairly say for definite if it was a case of the gummies having no effect, or my child not reacting to them, but I won’t be reordering. Compared to other gummies on the market it’s a good price though, and probably worth giving them a try in the hopes you react to them.
