Works very well with 2006 polo rcd200
Bought for my 2006 polo with rcd200 fitted, wasnt really sure what I was doing with it as I couldn't find much useful info relating to the rcd200 online but once you plug it into the correct point at the back of the radio and earth it, it's as simple as pressing the CD and TP buttons together and generally playing with them untill you get music playing, amazing quality sound.
