Great Quality Containers — Perfect for Dough and Everyday Use
I originally bought the Cambro 4-quart containers for proofing dough, and they’ve been perfect for that. The plastic is thick and sturdy, and the lids go on and come off easily without feeling cheap. They’re really well-made. I’ve also found they’re great for leftovers or bringing food to potlucks—things like macaroni or potato salad fit perfectly. Just a solid, dependable set of containers that have come in handy for a lot more than I expected.

Great economical dry item storage options
I have a selection of these to store different baking flours. They are sturdy, the lids fit just fine. And they can be stacked 2 high if needed.

Use these for sourdough proofing
These work very well for proofing sourdough, and the measurements make it easy to judge how much the dough has risen during the bulk ferment. Lids close nice and tight, and the thickness seems more than enough. Overall, well made.

cambro is a go-to in professional kitchens, and for a reason. the quality is great. these 4-quart containers are perfect for bulk fermenting bread dough at home without the risk of popping out of the top.

Great for sourdough!
I love these containers for my sourdough. There is plenty of room for rising, even when making two or three batches. These could obviously be used for a multitude of things but I keep them reserved just for sourdough. Good value for quality product, especially when compared to other similar products. I like that they wash up great with no residue left behind.

Would recommend
I bought these for containing my bread dough, they work great, would be good for dry good storage. Very sturdy with tight fitting lid

Must have in the kitchen
I use these food storage bins for everything! I bake in bulk so it makes sourdough starter much easier. It’s great to use to weigh out ingredients, store food and keep things fresh with the seal. The plastic is lightweight but holds up well. Super easy to clean!

Expensive here but great stuff
Great product, I love cambro stuff, however you can get these for like half the price at Sam's club.
