It takes a couple of days before you notice the difference, but you will feel the difference right away, it works best with the vitamin supplements that go with it. You will feel more energized and sleep better, I needed it when my Dad was ill and I was so tired from taking care of him and regular vitamins weren’t working. I noticed a vast improvement within three days, I had more energy and slept much better. There are no side effects and no glittery feelings like with too much caffeine, you just feel better.
