1 bolt missing that holds up tail rollers. But worse is this thing turns so out of round it's unusable. Not sure if motor shaft is bent or hub is too sloppy. When turning a 10" long drinking cup it's 5mm out of round. I'm returning for another hoping next one is better will let you know. I received replacement now too. It too does not turn true, it's elliptical. When turning it lifts the item up off the tail rollers. I do not recommend.

It works good . Not much hight any cup with a handle has problem fitting . Had to make extension with an aluminum block to fit anything with a handel. But worked good. With extension it works great
