Got them for my fiancé for our engagement shoot and they looked really nice. We were outdoors on mud for hours. He said they were comfortable and that he really liked them. He's worn them quite a few times since and they’re still in good condition. Basically look like new. Super happy with my purchase.

Received dirty and looked like they’ve been already worn..

The pleather is very weak, will break and get holes in it with the slightest pressure. Not what boots should be doing. Very bad materials.

Woth these shoes (that replaced my Sketchers) the manufacturer actually uses a more durable rubber-like material for the bottlm sole, so the sole doesn't erode away on them like it does in the Sketchers' monolithic sole-construction - see the image of both side-by-side.The only thing that ever "wore-out" on my Sketchers was the monolithic light-weight sole.These shoes use the same construction-method as my Sketchers do (glue), but cost me 38% of what my Sketchers cost - and that's even for the cost of the faux-leather sketchers.I have worn these daily now for >2months and no damage/tearing/separation has occurred with the material - and in this light color the faux-leather/pleather is indistinguishable from real leather, and liquids spilt on haven't stained them.Don't get me wrong, Sketchers hold up extremely well, and their glue almost never separates - they glue the shoe to the sole, and that glue is basically a permanent bond... but this far so are these.
