What an amazing little cleaner! We used today for very 1st time, and results are beyond expectations. The features work well as described. Cleanup of dirty tank is very easy. This particular model 38572 has a great feature that separates the clean water from the cleaning liquid so that you can do a clear water spray & extraction as a final follow-up to the actual cleaning mixture...and there is a cleanup step when you are done using the clear water only for cleaning your hose and floor tool. So simple to use and well thought out features! Love it!

I am in love with the Little Green Machine by Bissel! It also as you can see matches with Pet Bissel vacuum which just makes it even better because their looks and design match. The cord length is perfect and you have lots of room to move the vac from space to space. It really does a great job removing stains and cleaning your items like rugs, furniture, the car upholstery and more. Its a very durable, easy to use machine that will transform your cleaning routine. I also got this on sale which was a great value for it which even at full price its so worth it too

I’ve been genuinely impressed with the BISSELL Little Green Max Pet. For a portable unit, the suction and cleaning power are excellent. It does a great job pulling pet hair, stains, and odors out of carpets, upholstery, and car interiors without soaking the material. The unit is easy to set up and use, and the spray pattern is controlled enough that you’re not over-wetting surfaces. I especially like how effective it is on set-in pet stains and muddy footprints—things that cheaper spot cleaners tend to struggle with. The tank size is reasonable for spot cleaning, and cleanup afterward is straightforward. It’s lightweight and compact, which makes it easy to store and quick to grab when you need it. While it’s obviously not a replacement for a full-size carpet cleaner, it’s perfect for targeted messes, pet accidents, stairs, and vehicle interiors. Overall, this is a solid, well-built portable cleaner that actually performs as advertised. If you have pets or kids and want a reliable spot cleaner, the Little Green Max Pet is well worth it.

When it works, it's magic. The first one I got didn't spray - it just dripped when I pressed the trigger, if at all. (Luckily I tried it just before Amazon's return window expired.) I had to manually put the solution & water in a spray bottle & use the machine to suck it up. Not ideal, but it got the job done. Thankfully, I was able to hit the return window just in time. Made sure to try the second one immediately after receiving. In a stroke of good fortune? the cat threw up on the rug the day before it arrived. This one worked as advertised. Filled it with hot water & the water heater boosted the heat. The sprayer worked this time! The cleaning solution is effective. Machine sucked up the waste water (which, to be fair, was not an issue with either machine.) After a couple passes with the vacuum, the rug dried quickly. Easy to empty & clean. Not pleased the first one failed hard right out of the box, which is why I won't give it 5 stars. Check that the sprayer works when you get it! Like, first. thing. Don't wait until you need it to find out it doesn't spray! If I had waited another couple days I would have missed the return window & had to deal with Bissell support, which judging by other reviews is not a pleasant experience... I am happy with the performance of the second unit. However, quality control appears to be lacking, so make sure you test it immediately after receiving. May the force be with you & I hope you get a good one the first time...

I used this to clean my outdoor furniture, and I am so impressed!! I wish I had thought to take a before picture. It didn't look awful, just all around dingy, but it was definitely dirtier than I thought! Once I cleaned it, I was blown away. It practically looks brand new now. The instructions were easy to follow, it's easy to use, and it's easy to clean. Just rinse everything at the end and then let it air dry. The suction is powerful, and the little bristles and a small bit of scrubbing worked great to loosen up stains. I can't believe I waited so long to buy one. Best money I've spent in a long time. Worth every penny. This furniture has been outside maybe 8-9 months, and I live in a VERY dusty construction area and use the furniture almost daily.

Well-designed little cleaner. Works great, setup is simple, breakdown is simple, instructions are illustrated clearly and easy to follow. The SmartMix version is worth getting because 1) I'm not having to figure out the "right" cleaning solution ratio and 2) it allows for the Rinse (water only) function. I wind up using far less cleaning solution because I'm only putting it down when I actually need it. I've been using it primarily to clean up pet stains. It's done a far better job than I was expecting, even on old, set-in stains. The only downside is I now have a bunch extra-clean spots on my carpet making me uncomfortably aware that I should really clean the whole thing :'(

This is one amazing little machine! I like Bissell and have used their upright carpet cleaner and cleaning liquids for years. Now I have an old doggie and she has incontinence, so I bought this little machine. Just like my upright this little guy is solidly built with good materials. It is so easy to use! Perfect for small puddles, stairs and furniture. AND SO EASY TO CLEAN! The hose even cleans itself, and when you are cleaning puppy messes that is a very good thing. I'd give it 10 stars.

The little green max pet cleaner if nice. It works well. I have had this for a while and never used it until this week when my dog gave it a run for the money. The 3 prong cord is nice and long. The hose wraps around the machine twice. For such a small machine it has plenty of suction to vacuum up the wet debris. It completely removed the stain from my carpet from where my dog was sick. The only complaint that I have is the difficulty of changing out the brushes. They snap into place easy, but are close to impossible to remove.
