The product is faulty
I'm very disappointed with this watch. I bought it because the product description stated that it had louminous hands, allowing the time to be read in the dark. However,the watch I received has no illumination whatsoever. Get in touch with the manufacturer costumer service and they advised to keep the watch on sunlight to recharge which I've done for three days, still nothing. Even worse,the watch is faulty. It loses more than 1hr every 24 hours, making it completely unusable as a timepiece. This product does not match its description and appears to have poor quality control. I would not recommend buying it based on my experience.

The date change mechanism didn't work, and for the price of the watch should have been seen at inspection.

Did not work sent back bought identical watch from Argos same day had to pay more but my husband had identical watch for work 3years earlier and wanted the same one , very smart watch looks more expensive than it was .
