One leg is bend before I receive the item

Got defective product, but cs promised to exchnaged with new one! Hopefully.
The product temple is not alinged as well the legs are not symmetrical... Talked to customer care they told me that, they will replace it with new one. Hopefully this time I will get the perfect ray ban original wayfarer. Customer care person was supportive and the delivery timing is before the promise date!👍🏻
