Awful product. It is a lot smaller than I expected. The ice cubes are no bigger than my thumb nail and just as flat. It leaves an ice disc at the bottom of the bucket ( if you can call it a bucket )Even after washing it out before use, my husband said there was a tang to his drink. Would I recommend the product? Definitely a huge NO.

Great product. Does exactly what it says it will. Easy to use. Ice on hand all the time - great!!!

It arrived with a large, unremovable, stain. No instructions were included (yes, this ice tray needed instructions). The ice cube maker does not work as advertised. Without instructions I am only able to figure out how to partially fill the unit. And, when I fill it, the base of the unit fills with water and creates a huge, unusable, ice cube.All it’s good for, in my experience, is a receptacle for ice cubes made in a different tray (aka a very small ice bucket).

The only way to fill it is to trickle water between the inner and outer and as it goes in the inner floats up !! To hold it down the lid needs to click in place and seal but it does not !!!

Absolutely terrible ITS TINY and however small you think that is , it’s smaller than that , only just big enough for a small can , those are not ice cubes they are ice chips , will never get used again , it’s ridiculous, wasn’t worth the money or the long wait , avoid avoid avoid , awful product

The images in the advertising are misleading. The size is about similar to a coffe Cup. A little bit smaller than a can of soda. The lid on the top doesn’t fit correctly. The ice cubes are about the size of a skittle. I recommend to shop around, don’t buy this particular item. I’ve been refilling and freezing for a full day approx 3 times and I still don’t have more than a handful of ice
