Overall the product is very good. 1) blade length is approx 11cm 2) sharpness is okay. Done paper cut test; it was quiet satisfactory. 3) @ ₹299 it's worthy , becoz quality meets at this price level. 4) With what material manufacturer made the knife's handle..I didn't understand. However it seems to be durable. The only negative I saw with this product is "knife pouch". Very pathetic 😞 But I will go for 5 star becoz , knife is the primary item ,not pouch

I received the Machado Curved Knife, named Naiwan Ha in the catalogue, day before yesterday (14.9.'25). It is a Chinese made knife, and has the name 'Qian Ying' etched on it. It says that the blade is made of 30Cr13 steel. The 'Cr13' bit in the steel's nomenclature indicates that it is stainless steel, containing 13% Chromium. The knife is sharp and passes the paper slicing test well. The tip is also sharp, and cuts smartly. The handle is made of a crocodile skin textured material (probably plastic), and it has a nice feel, helping to grip the knife firmly. The blade is around 5.5 inches long. In the kitchen, it will be useful for slicing fruits like apples and mangoes, and opening up fruits like pomegranates. It will also be useful in the Indian style of preparing vegetables, where the vegetable is held in one hand, and it is cut with the knife in the other hand, without using a chopping board. However, the curved, bird beak like blade is not the best shape for normal tasks in the kitchen. For those who are into hunting for meat (outside India), the knife, with the curved blade, could be an useful tool to open up carcasses for skinning.

Quality is good,sharpness is fine ,worth of money

The knife is like the one shown in images. Hard and sharp. The case is different, it just covers the blade and that's it. Cannot be worn on belt or something. The knife is not a straight blade. It is curved lightly towards the left when you look from the handle to spine. The finishing is unsatisfactory. Rough on the non sharp edges. The size is good. Functions well too. Not much worth for the money.

Carryability is also worst.no strip given in the outer cover to fix it with belt. No value for money. No ease of use. Durability can't be checked as I'm returning. Size is also ok
