The directions say to use it 3 times a day. It runs automatically on a ten-minute cycle, so that would be 30 minutes.

Q: Can you use this product when lying down flat on the bed like sleeping?

You can use it anyway you want. However you may be more comfortable being propped up with pillows or at least putting a pillow under your knee while wearing it.It caused you knee to bend slightly.

Q: Does it have air compression?

No. The unit is one solid piece. Inside where it sits over the knee cap area, it has a rounded area, where the light, heat, and vibration unit are held.

Q: Can it be worn while walking?

No it can only be worn while sitting or lying down. It would be difficult to work while wearing the massager.
