I have moderate osteoarthritis in my right knee. This brace has many function, you can use with the hinge in or out depends on what day or having.It is very breathable which means, the brace dont get all wet with sweat if you on your excercise bike, which I do everyday. The sizes are right a little tight but not uncomfortable. All in all the brace is perfect for every day use and is bloody brilliant. Also very fast infact next day delivery on standard service.

After dislocating my knee playing football, I thought it would be months before I'd be going back at work. And with the slow process of the NHS, this pretty much seemed to be the case. So I improvised. I needed to find a knee brace that would give me enough support to be mobile again but also be light on the pocket with only getting sick pay from work. Hit the jackpot with this little beauty. My knee is still absolutely useless on its own and feels like it's going to fold on itself with every step, but with this brace, I'm back at work after 5 days of having it. And that's only because of the 3 days left on the sick note and the weekend. It's worked wonders.

Caused more problems than expected. Painful once on. Returned and ordered a different brace that worked perfectly.

I have hyper extension on my left leg. Which means when I walk it goes back too far. Wearing this Hinged knee brace stops it doing this. Now I can walk further without discomfort or pain. The only thing I found was that if you don't put the straps on tight enough it will eventually start to slip down, which is why joggers and runners find it's not for them.

I bought this because I often have problems with my knee hyperextending when jogging, which leaves me barely able to walk for a week. This brace works fine for this, but it is uncomfortable. The ends of the muscle dig in to my calf and thigh enough to bruise.I also have a problem with the Velcro straps, as the way that it is designed make it difficult to get it tight enough around the knee. I have the correct size, and any smaller would be very uncomfortable, but the design means that when my knee is fully extended, my knee stretches the back of the brace and the front gapes a little. This also causes the metal to dig in to my leg even more and allows my knee to hyperextend a little (though not so much as to cause injury).I find that this brace is not really suitable for jogging (though I will continue to wear it until I find something better, as it has prevented further injuries), but it is great for walking, and even for taekwondo (though not for sparring!).It's not a bad product, but I think there is a lot of room for improvement.

very good, would reccomend to anyone who has a weak joint due to any description for injury. i'm still not sure what i have done to my knee and this worked a treat!! i had absolutely no strength in my knee and couldn't even stand until i got this and it gave me all the support i needed!

A bit industrial but does the job, some idea about how to use the settings would be helpful. Sizing is difficult to get right, according to the size chart I would need XXL but it was too big so I had to exchange. The inner hinge was very uncomfortable and the top section stuck out when sitting which stretched the outer side and made it too tight so I had to take it off every time I sat down. In the end I bent the top section of the hinge until it as comfortable. Customer service needs a bit of attention, I phoned twice in one day and held on for over 10 mins each time and got no answer, I used the Chat option on the website and it just suspended mid chat. I tried again next day and the assistant told me I would get a a call back soon, it never happened.

Brilliant. I had a really bad knee twist before going skiing. Bought and wore one of these braces and skied for a week with very few problems. Thinking about another one for the other knee!
