This is an excellent shampoo. Breeders recommended it to me. I use this and Melanie Newman on my Bichon Frise. Kind on skin and their fur. Ideal if you wash regularly like me.

Unusable - broken, contents everywhere, no refund unless i somehow return it
Bottle arrived with a damaged cap and the majority of the contents had leaked all over everything and the packaging. Very unimpressed as I have to go through all the trouble of somehow returning the slimy horrid mess just to get a refund!
