Please Contact Me for Setup Assistance
I really like the design of this humidifier, and it turns on. However, I'm having an issue with how it works. When I turn on both the mist and the clock, the mist only stays on for about 5 seconds before it turns off. Sometimes the clock keeps working, but other times it starts blinking or turns off as well. I tried using it several times last night, but the same thing kept happening. I'm not planning to return the product because I like it. I'm just wondering if I might be missing a step or using it incorrectly. If possible, could the seller please contact me or provide some guidance on how to use it properly? I'd really appreciate your help. Thank you!
