I'm extremely satisfied I'm not going to open it so I'm keeping it wrapped in the plastic that it came with and I'm just going to keep it as a collector's item to go with my other collector memorabilia that I have and this is a must-have for every Taylor fan get them now while you can because once they're gone they will triple in money especially in 5 to 10 years look at stuff from Madonna when she first came out in Taylor Swift's Fearless was her second album she's already on album Number 7 so by now while you can. Great company fast service would reorder from them again

I ordered this product for my friends birthday and i thought it would be alot bigger for 70 dollars but it was a small box with all this stuff packed inside. The box had a huge crack in it when i opened the brown shipping box it came in. The taylor swift box was made of cardboard so that is why it had a giant crack in it. i apologized to my friend for the crack because i felt bad. I would not of spent so much money if i had known how cheap it was. i am not recommending anyone to buy this product
