Boi! If you have relaxed hair and are doing a protein treatment this conditioner is for you! I’ve been relaxed my entire life damn near and when I found out Aphogee had dmdm h (formaldehyde) in it…a lady I watch on YouTube recommended this switch…👩🏽🍳💋with some coconut oil mixed in…👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Old habits don’t die when they are good. This is the best creamy product I use for my hair. I’ve tried everything and always come back to it. It’s a daily hair care product. No build up and the water base is the reason. The oils makes the hair so soft but when it dries it is so silky, touchable and manageable. There is no tangling when the hair is finally dry and it remains soft even the next day. You can use it every day or once a week. I’m a once or twice a week and it keeps my hair moisturized and soft.

Ingredients are better than Aphogee to me and more protein.

For reference, I have a Type 3a/b curl pattern that tends to get weighed down kind of easily. I have both fine and coarse hairs on my head. My hair is thick and dries out quickly. I would say this compares to some of the salon quality conditioners I've purchased in the past. It's incredibly thick so a little goes a long way. It smells okay, again similar to salon quality conditioners I've gotten in the past. It's sulfate free, paraben free, cruelty free and safe for dyed hair. Based on the quality and size of the product, I think the price is pretty reasonable. The conditioner worked through my hair nicely and made detangling a breeze. I skipped my usual after shower hair cream to see how this did on its own. The strands were noticeably softer and shinier. It didn't weigh my hair down whatsoever. I tried it on my daughter's hair, which is much more fine than mine is and saw good results there too. I had minimal frizz after using this product. I would still follow up with some sort of hair cream or oil depending on your hair type and styling needs. The areas of my hair that are prone to damage certainly feel a lot better, but it didn't work any miracles on the severely compromised hair- that will probably just have to be trimmed off. That said, the packaging was ATROCIOUS. It came in a sealed plastic bag but the bottle had clearly opened up during shipping and was covered in conditioner. I'm glad they took the precaution of including the bag otherwise the rest of my package would have been covered with conditioner. Thankfully, it didn't seem like I lost much product and the bottle/pump itself were both intact. I don't know if this is a seller issue or an Amazon issue but it needs to be resolved asap. I would have given it five stars had it not been for the way it came in. If anyone is curious, the parent company for Infusion K is called Jocott Brands. They seem legit, though there's not a lot of info about them out there.
