Oh my, what can I say... I slept wrong on my shoulder and it got cold during the night and It hurt me for a few days and the pain would not go away. I put the belt on for 30- minutes and the heat was very soothing and the lights did their thing. It was the best I had felt in a few days. Used it for a few days in a row and I am now mobile and pain free again. I love this Belt. My son uses it for his back whenever he gets sore and it works magic. He has his own now. If you've been on the fence about getting one or have doubts if it works. Get it, It does work. I don't want to be without it. LOVE IT!!

Works great and eases pain

I normally don't post reviews. My back has been out since Saturday. Today I used the belt for the first time WOW what a difference. It took out the pain and stiffness in my SI joint. I am not sure how long effects will last but impressed do far! I will have to see what else this company has to offer! Its easy to use. Very effective for pain and stiffness.

I am so happy with my belt. It helps with muscle cramps and soreness, and twice now when I've had chafing it cleared it up almost completely after 20 minutes of red light. My skin in some areas, like under my jaw, feels tighter and tingly for awhile after use. I wish it came with suggestions on what levels we should have the settings on for optimal results with certain goals, and if they are provided it was unclear to me. So far though it has worked intuitively just fine. Even my dog had an old sore on her tummy that was healing so slowly. I had her roll over and I put the belt on her and she loved it and didn't move for the 10 minutes or so I used it. The next day that sore was healed. I used it on her once more another day for a short time and she took a very comfy nap. I was a little skeptical at first but I can literally see and feel the difference this belt can make with my skin and soreness. So far I've been happy with it.

I bought this RLT belt back in June of 2023. I have to say, I was so SURPRISED at how much it relieved my pain! I had just gotten off my bike; we were on a bit of a hill and the surface was more like gravel, and as soon as I got off my bike, both feet came out from under me like in a cartoon where someone slips on a banana peel! I landed right on my tail bone and had also put my right hand out and landed on that as well. Needless to say, I could not move and my husband had to ride back to the jeep and load up his bike and come back for me. I was in a bad way! We were camping and ended up going home because I really couldn't do anything. So after we got home, I started researching and came across this belt. I knew nothing of red light at that point, but was feeling kinda desperate! I also had to purchase a butt pillow because sitting was painful! Like I said in the beginning of this review, I was blown away at how much it helped me! So here's the really cool part of this review....recently(now, Dec 2025) my husband started having terrible neck pain. He thought RLT was ridiculous, but I talked him into using this belt. Within a couple of weeks, his pain had improved tremendously! A WIN WIN!! He still doesn't understand it, but he's no longer scoffing either! So if you're on the fence, I say go for it! You have nothing to lose but maybe your pain!!

For anyone on the fence about ordering this, do it now. This belt is a miracle worker. This is the second device I've owned. The first is a small wand from another manufacturer. It was for my senior dog to treat a torn CCL. Her vet started the red light therapy to try and avoid surgery. My sister sent me an equine wand she had so i didnt have to transport (or pay for) treatments every day. He thought it would take about a year before she regained basic independent, sound walking. Within 5 months she was climbing stairs, running, pivoting, and jumping with ease and pain free. I started using the wand on my own aches and pains, then my sister talked me into ordering this belt. It delivers the same frequency, wattage, strength as her pro model but covers a larger area at one time, plus I wouldn't have to hold and move the wand. I couldn't be happier and my knees, hips, back and shoulders feel great. Even the skin in the treated areas appears healthier and more youthful (I'm 67). My cousin is currently borrowing it to try it out after knee replacement surgery. Her doctor told her today she is progressing much faster than she was before she started the light therapy. This product is fairly priced, made of quality and durable materials. The battery holds a charge well, providing approximately five 30 minute sessions per charge for us. It's been used on the dog and 3 humans almost daily for 3 months and still looks brand new out of the box. The written instructions included in the box are well written and easily understood. There is product support on Lifepro's site that is easy to access and easy to navigate. I recommend this product and would definitely buy this product or any of their products again. I am not a paid or compensated reviewer, I did not receive this product in exchange for a review. In fact, I rarely leave reviews. I expect a product to do what it's claimed to do. This product and company exceed my expectations.

Love my belt. Works as described and easy to use. I can take it anywhere with the travel bag. Lightweight. Comfortably adjusts. Still haven’t seen results but it’s still early on bc I just started it like a week ago.

Excellent for help with pain

I'm either incredibly susceptible to the Placebo effect, or this product really works. Knee strains, back strains - I even used it on my cat to treat his skin condition. I've had mine for about a year and a half now, and I've experienced no issues. I particularly like that it can be adapted to plug into a wall, or it can be used portably with a little pocket for a power bank. I purchased another for a family member last year and they also find it helpful. I came to write this review after receiving communication last week from a LifePro company representative, looking for feedback. I don't answer most calls (sorry) but the individual left a voicemail message and sent an electronic message. You could tell it was a real person. I don't think I've ever received that kind of follow-up from any company. I regret not answering, because that kind of customer service should be encouraged. So here I am, regaling you all with my tales of red light therapy victories, and I would encourage anyone on the fence to absolutely give it a try. As a matter of fact, I'm going to go get mine to use at my desk now!

Very disappointed, purchased product and it seemed very good at the start. 4 weeks of using 3-4 times a week and the power has dropped drastically. The red light is no longer as powerful and it doesn’t radiate any heat anymore.

I bought this a few months ago, and it stopped working. So I contacted the company, seeing I have a lifetime warranty. The company was so fast to respond and issued a new belt. The customer service was just amazing and I would 100% buy this again and if you are on the fence, I would suggest you buy it. I have issues with my low back and this red light therapy helps me so much being a 63 yr old who still works.

I specifically waited a few months before writing my review. Having owned a “no name” generic red light laser for $90 dollars that I also purchased on Amazon I wanted to see if this one for $250 was an improvement. The $90 dollar laser lasted about a year before it began to overheat but it did its job in reducing back pain. After I purchased this laser, it definetly had more settings on it but intensity wise it provided about the same level of relief as the other generic one. Lo and behold less than 3 months into use a good amount of the electrodes are no longer working. In addition now it’s not possible to turn the vibrate function on this laser off- it vibrates irregardless of whether the function is turned on or off which is annoying. Overall I’d say this is a big waste of money considering the cost of this and how long it lasted. The technology isn’t new. Save yourself some money the cheaper options work just as good
