I tried this first time over 10 months ago, and found a significant improvement in cartilage health in my joints. Although I do not have clinically observed cartilage erosion in my joints (i.e. osteoarthritis or other degenerative condition), my ankles and knees can get achy after jogging or running. Taking NSAIDs is not a good option for me because of various sensitivities. Since taking this supplement, these aches have virtually disappeared. Please note, I am not a doctor or pharmacist, and cannot recommend any supplement or over-the-counter medication or supplement. I can only urge anyone who is having joint issues to consult their doctor(s) before attempting to self-medicate.

Wow, the only pill that made my nails great. I have always had soft nails that peeled and broke off. After about a month of 1capsule per day I have beautiful hard nails for the first time in my life. Amazing. Beautiful nails were always a collagen pill away and I did not know.

This product works!!! I originally bought this product in Walgreens because they offered two for a sale price. I was taking a pill a day and...well, my face looks more youthful. I actually open the capsule and pour the powder in my morning smoothies OR if in a hurry I just take the capsule. Either way, it works!!! Today, I opened a capsule and mixed the powder with some olive oil and put the concoction around my eyes. While studying, I literally felt the sensation of my skin tightening. I recommended this product. It's way safer and cheaper than botox!

I purchased it for my hair and skin. I have been having horrible joint pain an instability. I ran out, started again last night. And I woke up without pain this morning! Wow I am impressed!!

The label posted on the site and what I received have different ingredients. My package contains titanium dioxide.

I can't say this supplement has helped me or not. I was disappointed to see that the supplement has titanium. That is probably why the capsules are so white. Titanium isn't something a body needs! I energetically test all supplements I take. CollegenC tests strongly for me. I will finish the bottle and evaluate to decide if I will reorder.
