Some came with scratches, but nothing major.

I strongly recommend against buying this. The CD cases were brittle, and the CD spindle was irregularly sized and not flexible enough. Some CDs would fall off the spindle, others would get stuck, and even worse some would go on, but you'd have to break the CD to get it off. Additionally the bottom left tab (for holding the cd insert in place) of every case in the box was fused to the panel so nothing could be inserted into that tab. Lastly, the cases were incredibly difficult to open. Even when squeezing the pads on the corners to open they would take so much force that you'd essentially rip it apart. I got these as part of some home made christmas gifts and was extremely disappointed that i didn't have enough time to buy better CD cases to give to my family. I can't recommend against these enough, they are poor quality and destined for the garbage.

I am always trying to save money on replacement cd cases, because i use them for every used cd i purchase. As other reviewers have mentioned, the cases do not close well, which i have found in other brands. As one reviewer also stated, thick booklets are hard to insert because of the extra thick tabs. Bottom line, although they are thicker than some other cases, you cannot beat Maxtek. A few dollars more is well worth it. I have purchased Maxtek 25 count cases with no damaged cases, and superb function and durability. Less expensive is not always best in the end. Update: Company reached out to discuss my comments. Good customer service. I am impressed so i have changed my overall rating.

Good full-size replacement cd jewel boxes. One of mine was cracked on delivery. Slots for booklet are too narrow for some cd booklets. Parts are not interchangeable with commercial cd jewe; boxes and these are slightly bigger and thicker. If I need some more of these and I will, I will look for another brand.

Teenage daughter said she wanted to start making “CD mixtapes”. I tried to explain to her that one “mixes” or “records” tapes but “burns” or “copies” a compact disc. She told me I didn’t get it. Then I asked why she wanted CD’s when she could listen to anything her heart desires via the streaming platform I subscribe to for our family’s listening enjoyment. Then she asked me why I spend so much money on vinyl records. Touché daughter, touché.

Very disappointed. These cases are VERY DIFFICULT to open up and it is nearly impossible to get the CD itself to 'seat' in the holder tab (it is too large for the donut hole on the CD to properly 'attach' - I tried this with several of the cases to make sure it wasn't just a fluke with one case, and all of them do the same thing. Clearly the design specs of these cases DO NOT align with the specs of the disks themselves. Very poorly engineered product and I would suggest that Amazon pull this product until the manufacturer gets this fixed.

Bought these to replace some broken cd cases for some older CD's. Either the holes where slightly smaller on older cds or the center ring is slightly too large. Had to spend several minutes gently wiggling it back and forth to get it off and this was after I only pushed down a little and met resistance and immediately tried to take back off.

I like to burn CDs in my spare time and these holders are much better than some of the others I've bought previously. They are solid, high-quality replacements that do their job well. The plastic is thick and sturdy, so it feels like it will protect discs from scratches and cracks over time. The clarity of the cases is great—they look clean and display the cover art perfectly. At first, I found them a little tricky to open because you need to push the points at the top and bottom to release the lid, which was frustrating until I figured out the trick. Once I got the hang of it, it wasn’t an issue anymore. Each case holds a standard CD securely in place, and the build quality feels durable, not flimsy like some cheaper alternatives. For a 10-pack, the storage capacity is great, and these are ideal for organizing or replacing broken cases. Overall, they’re functional, protective, and worth the price for the quality.

I ignored the other reviews of this product because I have had positive experiences with BCW as a comic collector, having purchased bags, boards, short boxes etc., all of which were excellent. That was a mistake. These jewel cases are terrible. The tabs used to hold bookets were fused to the front of the case on all 20 cases, making them useless. I expect more from BCW, especially at this price point. Utter trash.

Je possède beaucoup de cd avec des boitiers qui se sont abîmés avec le temps. Je suis content d'en n'avoir trouvé chez Amazone car la plupart des magasins n'en possèdent plus et ce sont de bons boitiers.

Las cajas son robustas, se sienten resistentes. Hay que tener cuidado al abrirlas. Sólo deberían tener más cuidado en lo que envían, porque una llegó rota.
