What's the difference between this and the Adizero?

I have an adizero and i am almost certain the lettering on these are not embroidered. Perhaps the material mix is different, but the lettering seems to be the biggest aesthetic difference. Not sure of these are just some kind of vinyl decal or what...

Cap was not advertised for female use, when it arrived it had stickers on stating that it was such.Waste of money.
