1 Gallon Organic Avocado Oil

Great flavor. Wish it was in glass instead of plastic. But does well with heat, doesn’t burn. Bottle claims organic, and that is what I wanted

I love this product! I have bought many gallons of this high quality oil, because it is organic and cold pressed. I make my own mayonnaise and salad dressings with it, as well as any cooking that requires oil. It is mild tasting, which I like, vs olive oils.

Absolutely wonderful, new, fresh batch dated January 2025. Good to go until September 2026. Love it and the price is right.Almost 10 months passed, and I started to wonder why this oil stays clear at 36F in the refrigerator ( I keep it in the fridge to be saved). Pure avacado oil suppose to cloud at 50F and have some visible solids at 36F. This is what happens to a pure organic Mexican avocado oil which is too expensive to buy, the reason I switched to this one. On the other hand, it is certified by USDA etc. I still have a suspicion that this oil have been mixed with some cheaper unsaturated oils, like canola with lower freezing point. Taking 1 star out.New update: I have been using this oil exclusively almost for a year (bought the first batch in January 2025). Checked my lipid profile this year it’s actually improved with LDL and triglycerides went down so I guess I’ll continue using this brand now. It’s $47 per gallon - hard to beat.

I love SULU oils. I have ordered multiple flavors. The avocado oil has a nice green color, which confirms that it is unrefined. Avocado oil is a fruit oil which has a very neutral taste. I also recommend SULU's sweet almond oil, which has a neutral taste as well. Their olive oils is great too, and tastes similar to other olive oils. Everything I've gotten from them is great. SULU's hemp oil has a very nice earthy taste, but it isn't overpowering. I like hemp oil because it has a 3:1 omega-6 to omega-3 ratio, which means it has the highest omega 3 levels of almost any plant oil. For the most part, only flaxseed oil has more, but that has a fairly yucky taste and needs to be refrigerated.The only downside is that these gallon bottles are hard to pour from without spilling, until you've used at least 25% of the bottle. I use a funnel and I pour them into old glass bottles of walmart's olive oil. That works great because you can just use a napkin to pull out the plastic stopper/limiter and then just snap the "stopper" back into the bottle after you finish pouring. Otherwise, you can also order an oil dispenser and just refill it with SULU's gallon jugs.

I just received my oil. I tasted a half teaspoon straight out of the bottle, and let me tell you all something...It is the best avocado oil I've ever taseted!!!!!! And trust me, I've tasted my fair share. The only unfortunate thing about it is the price. It's too much for my pocketbook in this economy. But I had to write this review for those who can afford it now, and also for those who will be able to afford it in the future.
