Great Bands
The bands are great. Once used with a bit of guidance and creativity, they’re very effective and made me feel like I’d had a really intense workout. The colour of them is great and I really like the storage pouch they came with. My only criticism would be that I spent a lot of time getting the bands to sit correctly around my legs without them rolling up. Otherwise, a worthwhile investment for any exercise lovers.

I’m yet to take these to the gym, however the quality is fabulous and I’m so impressed with how affordable they were. I hadn’t realised when buying that they had there different resistances written on each band, not to mention the colours are cute! Thank you!!

Snapped after 4 weeks
Had been using the extra strong band a couple of times a week for a few weeks, when I noticed cracks starting to form around the edges. The next time I went to use them these cracks quickly turned into small tears until eventually at the end of my session the whole thing snapped...

Great bands for home use, how long up very well, good variety of strengths though I don’t expect to use the lighter ones
