The handle broke off in about 9 months of moderate use (couple times a week). Looking at the handle it's held in place with 3 tiny spot welds. I have other forlife products and they aren't as poorly manufactured as this one, I would give this one a pass. I looked at their website and I cant find any warranty policy information. I reached out to the company and they are sending me a replacement, but have yet to answer any of my specific warranty period question. The handle manufacturing seems poor so I imagine it will break again and wonder if I'll be out of luck once I tip over into a year of ownership. Seems a little odd for a company named "Forlife"

Fits most cups, but my family and I prefer to boil water in a glass, 4-cup measuring cup for the whole family, then add the infuser - works very well. The dish makes it easy to reuse the tea in the infuser for a second or even third time.The only complaints would be 1) sometimes tea leaves escape the infuser, but they typically become dregs (and you would likely get that with any infuser), & 2) the tea can get stuck in the holes of the strainer so that it does not want to come out, that can take a little scrubbing. But otherwise, its a great product.

I have been using this infuser for a few months now, and it's working great! The holes are nice and small so only little bits of stray powder can get through, which means that usually next to nothing goes through. When I first got this, I had to gently bend the little hook part so it would fit onto my mugs, but once this was done, I haven't had a problem hanging it off of the side of my cup. As for the dish, I accidentally dropped it from about head height onto a hard floor and it shattered, but I count that as being my fault. Since I bought this set mainly for the infuser, I am pleased with this purchase.

The resting tray is a little unnecessary (we just use it to hold the spot in the cupboard), but otherwise this is the easiest way to brew loose leaf tea. It’s open too makes it so much easier to clean! It’s deep enough to make tea as strong as you like. I like to put herbs in my tea and this leaves plenty of room for the herbs!

Handle broke off the second time I used this, making this unusable (because the basket will just sink to the bottom of the mug).Get one of Forlife's other infusers instead where the handle and basket are one piece.

I have three of these guys and between me and my husband they gets used several times a day everyday. They are convenient and easy to use and clean. I have no complaints.

Works great. Fits nice in my big 14 Oz mug. Easy to clean.

They looksas nice in person as they do here. Have used them for months and the quality is great.

Fits very well on the mug.

Good for the price. A little hard to wash if you let the tea dry in it, so I suggest emptying it right when you are finished using it.
