Supplements and vitamins and some beauty products take a while to take effect, especially since this is only one month’s worth of supplements. If I notice a difference right away, I’ll mention it. I also take supplements so these might work WITH what I’m taking.Some of the most important things about taking supplements is how it tastes and how easy it is to take. This tastes like you think it would out of what it’s made. I cannot say it tastes good, but you don’t have to take it alone. You can put it into other drinks, which I did after I tried it. I’ve never had shilajit before. I was hoping that the strawberry flavor would help the flavor, it didn’t. It’s definitely a taste that you have to get used to or hide/cover it. Being liquid instead of powder or something else, makes this easier for your body to absorb.As for effectiveness, it’s too early to tell. Many of its benefits are internal so you may not be able to tell. But if you need more strength and something else for your bones, this may help. Will get back. Ok price for 1 month supply.
