Used these for my wedding, as my wife is taller than me and I didn’t want to look daft in the pictures. They worked so well, and they were okay to wear, and weren’t uncomfortable. No one could tell! Very good quality inserts!

Good product, easily adjustable to suit your individual need, easy to fut

I walk a lot for work and have been suffering greatly with plantar fasciitis for some months now. The 1 inch height lift has pretty much stopped all pain during the working day. I haven’t needed to use the adhesive stickers as they seem to stay in place on their own. Unlike cheap insoles they seem to be lasting very well and are showing no signs of losing any height or effectiveness. Very functional and easy to use just pop them in your shoe and off you go.

The inner soles fit my trainers perfectly, however they are a little bit wide for some other shoes.They are very comfortable to wear and have made a big difference to my mobility.

I needed something for leg length discrepancy, these have helped a great deal in shoes/trainers. Don’t work so well in sandals as there is nothing to stop them coming out of the back.

Following an accident, one leg is now shorter than the other. These help a lot in reducing the difference and easing back pain.
