The media could not be loaded.  At the end of last year, my wife and I purchased a new vacuum cleaner: the Dyson V12 Detect Slim. Before that, we had a much older model, the V6, which we were satisfied with all these years, so we decided to stick with the brand. I want to mention that the attachments and accessories for different models vary greatly, so it's essential to read the description very carefully. For example, I had already ordered attachments for the regular V12, which turned out to be completely incompatible with the slim model.The Detect model has hypnotic properties. For example, my wife and I often find that when we only needed to vacuum a small area of the floor, we would snap out of it only when the entire room was already vacuumed. The hypnotic green laser illuminates the fine dust and dirt particles on the floor, making you go over the same area again and again until it becomes smooth and shiny like a roller rink surface.We have parquet flooring in our house, so we mostly use the brush designed for parquet. This brush can also work on tiled floors and smooth laminate surfaces. But as all brushes tend to wear out over time, we were concerned about replacing the brush roller on this attachment.The kit includes the brush roller itself, a screwdriver for opening the attachment, and soft plush adhesive strips. These strips are applied to the surface of the attachment so that when working on parquet floors, the attachment does not scratch the lacquered surface of the floor. Replacing the roller itself is quite simple; you just need to follow the four steps outlined in the product description. I was very pleased that the kit includes a screwdriver, as the screws for this model are very specific, and it's not always easy to find a suitable screwdriver to unscrew them.The roller itself looks no different from the original, as you can see in my photo. Now, about the cost. The price of this kit is almost one-third less than the cost of the original Laser Slim Fluffy™ brush bar, and it includes soft plush adhesive strips and a screwdriver. So, this purchase not only allowing to save money but also giving additional accessories.

I got this as a replacement brush for my Dyson V15 hardwood attachment. I noticed it started getting a bit worn and thought this would help. Here are some quick notes when I received it:- It looks and feels just like the original brush bar.- Replacing it is toolless. It comes with a hex screwdriver, but I found no need for it.- It cleans just like the original. The bristles are just as tough and soft like the original.Overall, this is a great replacement brush bar for a V15 hardwood attachment.

My V10 is getting up there in years and has heavy use. I am really happy to find replacement parts that do not cost as much as a new vacuum. I cannot tell the difference between the functioning of the replacement. Seriously considering getting a second one in case my V10 is still running by the time this wears out.

The media could not be loaded.  Love this purple and red roller replacement for my dyson v12 slim. They fit nicely and can't tell difference from the original dyson brand roller. Easy to replacement the roller and easy to clean. Work great and would recommend.
