It's rubber great for small projects

I used the rubber strips to deal with uneven tile floor in second bathroom. I was concerned about bolting down china toilet to ceramic tiles. The strips allowed for a excellent gasket product to protect both toilet and tiles and stop the toilet from moving.

Good quality rubber, does exactly what you want it to. Would be better if it had adhesive already on it.
