No stars at all (only gave the minimum as it was required before writing this review). Product did not work, there is no 5g compatabilty at all like it advertised, hence this product is absolutely missold. Packaging looked like it had been dropped several times, and product itself was scratched, thus suggesting it is not brand new at all. Do not buy & save yourself the painful disappointment.

Poor quality. Item didnt work on arrival. It is not supplied by Amazon and for a refund has to be returned to China. This is entirely unacceptable.

Cant fault it. I use it on a network (Smarty (Other networks can be used) with Data only contract P,A,Y,G. )) I use my laptop out in the middle of beyond and as long as there's a signal it works. saves using an unsafe public N/Work.

Unfortunately leaving no star is not an available option. This is almost completely useless product. First of all, there's almost nothing in terms of user guide, specifically a start up guide showing for example where and how to insert the SIM card. Or how to power it up. If you think that simply by plugging it to the USB cable to charge, there will be an LED indicator for example to state charging or initiating the boot, you are wrong. There is a protective film over the battery contacts that must be removed first. But you won't know it because you don't even know where is the battery compartment and of course where's the SIM card slot. After lots of web search, I have found a user's review, not on Amazon, that had included some photos and then I realised that the back cover is removable. I must warn you it was not easy. In fact I thought I may be breaking it! Once you manage to open it, using the corner finger slot, then you will see the battery pack, and the protection film covering its contacts, and the SIM card slot. It takes mini SIM card, not micro SIM. It is not locked to any provider and for most providers, no setup is required. However this is where the actual problem starts Battery capacity is advertised as 3100mAh. But no way even half that capacity! It can run no longer than a couple of hours maximum before it goes to sleep. The reception sometimes is at maximum and next moment no reception at all. Complete waste of time and money.

Product doesn't work with Voxi nor Vodafone SIM cards. Doesn't allow for any configuration either.

Working fine on 02 bought it for are car stereo and it’s working perfectly fine wen I connect to YouTube and on stereo might get one for my sons car
