Fluker's Small Animal Bend-A-Branch Pet Habitat Decor, Large

I was so happy about this..what a steal! So cheap! Its a great product but NOT SUITABLE FOR HIGH HUMIDTY terranium. I bought this for my hermit crabs. It is super long and big. I had to cut for their cage. Biggest issue is mold!!! Lots and lots of mold. Hermit crabs habitat should stay hot and damp. This is not a good product for that type of environment.

Seems pretty sturdy, but like others mine immediately cracked when manipulating it into shape, showing the orange underneath the brown. The frustrating thing is, it didn't crack on the bends or curves but on a straight section. So I don't even know what kind of stress cracked it. Otherwise, it was fairly easy to manipulate and made a nice loop and two straight ways in a vertical ten gallon tank, with some left over. It would have looked nice two except the crack now ruins the illusion. I can't speak to strength as I bought it for a tarantula, which is very light. Held him up ok, as well as a sheet of living, wet moss I attached to it.

I’ve purchased the small, the big, the medium thickness in these branches, and they are really cool! I took the flukers vines and twisted them up with one thick and one thin vine and came out with a very cool jungle vine for my Leachianus geckos. I know these would work great with chameleons and other arboreal geckos, HOWEVER, you may need to tie up part of this branch if you own a heavier reptile, because it can’t hold up too much weight. That is why I ended up twisting multiples together to support my heavier geckos. I’ve seen/heard people sew a portion into the upper screen of their cage to support the weight, which I haven’t tried yet (lazy) but can see that working well.

I've purchased all three sizes in July/August. Back then the LARGE size was nice and thick. I just ordered another "large", but it seems that they're no longer as thick as they used to be. I thought maybe it was a mess up so I exchanged it...but got the same size vine. The new "large" is what used to be "medium." Even Flukers has to cut costs somehow I guess, but I'd really like the thick vines they used to make.Flukers, if you read this please make an XL size like what you used to sell as LARGE.

Got this. Took it out of the package and thought, "Oh, good grief, this was a waste of money!" I couldn't have been more wrong. My ball python LOVES this thing. He crawls all over it. Even fell off one time (he's such a clutzy dufus). Anyway, it's easy to bend, easy to clean, looks good, very realistic, and he loves it. I'm pretty happy with it too!

Love these vines compared to others we’ve bought. These bend nicely will wrap together or around a plant with a large enough trunk. They are sturdy enough to hang across 24” wide without swinging. I started out with two and now have 9 of these for the 3 panther chameleons we have, and they chose to bask or just linger on these vines than anything else in there enclosure. Only one view had a slight crack and it hasn’t progressed. I would advise 3 for an XL cage. Best part they are easy to clean!!

Bendable and fairly durable, good for arranging in our chameleon’s enclosure. We even set up some branches by the window for our chameleon, and he loves climbing them! Have used these branches in varying thickness since he was a baby; now that he’s an adult, the xlarge is best for him.

These are excellent vines..tokay gecko approved...my geckos seemed to prefer clinging to the glass, rather than use the bamboo branches I had strewn about. Now that I've added a few of these vines, all they want to do is hang out on them, I imagine the texture feels just right on their little feet :) highly recommend...it is also fun watching their acrobatic moves while hunting from them :)

I got the thickest size of this vine for my (adult, female) ball python and it's not nearly strong enough to support her weight, not even close. I don't even know if it's strong enough to support a corn snake, maybe nothing bigger than a garter snake.What's worse is its lack of malleability. It feels too fragile to really bend and twist and the outer surface of mine is already cracking after having tried to do so.
