As a CD, I've used various breast forms. You can do a lot better if you spend big $$$, BUT this one is a very good bang for the buck. They wear well inside my 38-40 C bras!

These forms have an awesome look and feel to them. My only nitpick is that the outer "skin" layer is very plastic-bag looking. Basically these wouldn't be great to show off through see-thru clothing or similar. However, for the value they offer, they get the job done!

I like these forms, I just ordered too large. I think they run about half a size larger than other similar forms. They are a nice shape, they are pretty heavy.... as most silicone forms are. These are good quality!

These forms are perfect for someone that may need them for cosplay, cross dressing, transgender or someone who has had to have a mastectomy and needs to use them for that. They have a self adhesive back that works well to hold them in place. The adhesive will work for short time in my use but doesn't hold all day, I do wear them with a bra to help hold them in place. They do have a natural feel and look to them and will seem stiff when you first put them on but will warm up with your natural body heat and they have a natural bounce and movement to them once they warm up. I strongly recommend these forms if they are something that you need.

These are great for times when you want breasts without needing a bra. The adhesive is very strong, and it freshens up with a wash with water. The feeling is very realistic and looks great under your clothes.

I wanted a realistic looking and feeling breast for cosplay, with the idea that I might be able to use an adhesive backed breast form without a bra. They adhere as well as can be expected, but on a C-cup (the size I ordered) the weight (which gives the form a very realistic feel) is heavy enough to start to pull the adhesive loose from my body at the top of the form. I don't know if they'd eventually let go entirely, but felt insecure until I paired them with a bra. Paired with a sheer bra, they are as life-like looking as they can be considering differences in skin tone. In retrospect, an A-cup might just be light enough to hold on without any extra support. Even if my idea didn't work, these are great breast forms, and if you're active, it's very helpful to have the form stay in place, even if it needs a bit of extra support from a bra.

I own a few pairs of these for cosplay, and this one is the SOFTNESS fill of them all. It feels the most realistic. It is wide and filled well and moves well. These are wrapped in clear plastic but the part that goes against your chest/breast can be pealed and there are adhesive qualities. Unless my dress or shirt has a bra shelf, I would not trust this to stay in place for long, since the breast form is heavy. You can insert this in a mastectomy bra if you have had a mastectomy is good to have two, and if you had a double mastectomy this is perfect, it is HIGH quality and feels soft and real.
