Colt Wireless Prepaid Sim Card USA, 30 Day Prepaid Cell Phone Plan, 5GB 4G LTE/5G Unlimited Data SIM Card, Talk & Text 90+ Countries, Mobile Hotspot

Bought two of their 30day Sims for trip to USA, logged on to their activation portal, completed all the info and about 6 hours later I got email with phone number etc. Only problem is I get no service, I have sent numerous help requests over two days with no response. What is worse is that the SIM clearly has a feature on it which is trying to dial out to a T-Mobile number in California. This is apparently a hard wired scam to use up data, but it's failing as I have no connectivity. Disgusted

After trying the sim in 3 different phones and meny emails back and forth with tech support the card would not work.When I asked for a refund I was told not to send the card back but I would be charged a 25% restocking fee.So even though the product didn't work and nothing was being restocked they want to charge a fee.Ridiculous

I received a new Sim, It was Activated online in less than 6 hoursBut it was not working with WhatsApp. On contacting the customer care, they issued me a new number, which works with WhatsApp in less than an hour. Very quick and responsive customer support. The phone receives the signal, whether your indoor or outdoor very well. Overall excellent and economical. Buy. Will definitely recommend Colt Wireless.

One gig of service was used I did ask for a refund on that. Somebody did email me, but never got back to me on the refund so far hopefully they do but service does work takes 4 to 6 hours to activate and his moderately good depending on your area where you are traveling.

Phone calling and texting was horrible but the data was worst or what data. I didn't even have data. Or I was supposed to have data but it never would load up a webpage ever unless I was connected to my home wifi
