Love these applicators! I've tried other types but they're rough tipped and caused irritation. These are narrow, completely smooth, with a rounded tip. Much less waste than typical applicator since it's a syringe type plunger. Here's the problem: as mentioned in other reviews, the hole is too small for some tubes. I use Estrace cream and hole is definitely too small. Here's the workaround....wash hands and make sure counter surface is clean before opening applicator so all parts remain clean. Pull off tip cover and set aside. Pull out plunger completely and set aside. Fill applicater from the BACK end and then carefully replace plunger and cap. You're ready to go. **MOST IMPORTANT** 1ml on syringe is NOT equivalent to 1gm. Different creams and liquids have different strengths so 1gm can be a significantly different dose. You must first measure whatever cream you are using with it's original applicator to get accurate dose. Then transfer the correct dose to the new applicator type. This took me a couple of times to see the correct amount in the new applicator, then I only used the new applicators. You can also contact your doctor to let them know of the new type of applicator and they can give you a precise amount.

This is perfect. I was not able to use the applicator that comes with Estradiol. The edge was too sharp! And apparantly I had some kind of strange reaction to the plastic it is made of. So I tried a whole other estrogen system (-- tiny tabs that didn't work either, because the applicator head, although small, was jagged). I couldn't believe that someone wouldn't have come up with the idea of a ROUNDED, smooth tip, so I searched Amazon. I came across this product and figured I'd give it a try. EASY insertion. As others have noted--you need to pull the applicator apart and squeeze in the amount of Estradiol your doctor prescribes in the tube. THEN, put the plunger back in and push it in part way to send the Estradiol down the tube. Once you insert it in your body, push completely so the Estradiol goes where it needs to go. (Just follow the photo guide!) I'm so thankful for this product, told my OB/GYN about it!

Nothing to not like! Wrapped individually, much appreciated! Have cap for pre filling. Easy to see the amount with measurements marked. Slides well. Rounded tip, I mean come on! That should not even be an option. Smooth and slender. Definitely worth the price! You have to fill from the top, or take plunger off (take cap off or you can't move plunger) and fill from tube using ml mesument from top. Plunger puses all med clean down to tip. most feminine med tube fit perfectly. I have to mix two vaginal cream meds in the applicator at night and it's much more comfortable that the ones you get will the OCT vaginal creams! I'm very happy with this purchase.

These do not work for estrogen cream. The end is too small to fill the applicator.

Wish they screwed onto a medication tube bottle like the prescription ones do, and wish they measured in mL not g.

Oh my gosh, so much softer and gentler than the ones that come with your estrogen cream. You put the cream in the back end, and push it through the tube. It gets all of it without waster

These work, a little difficult to fill from the wide end because you have to have steady hands. Pull out the plunger, remove cap, use finger to plug small end and fill from the open end. I wish they had reverse measurements because you do have to estimate. They are dishwasher safe, so you can clean and sanitize again if needed. I used with a liquid hylauronic lubricant.

Nicely made but too small to fit the estradiol tube. Advertised specifically for it. Returns not accepted. I want my money back because I didn't get what I expected.

Got pregnant with them on the 3rd home insemination.

These are convenient BUT please remember they really are one time use folks. I took off a star because I feel they should come in a pack of 30 and are a bit overpriced considering if someone is buying them chances are they will need a months worth at a time ongoing

I purchased these applicators for premarin so I wouldn’t have to wash out the ones that came with the medication. I read some reviews, some said they didn’t fit and some said they did, well I don’t know how the could fit . The hole at the end of the applicator is way too small to put on the medication tube, I tried but it just ened up all over the applicator. Will not buy again .

The head of the syringe will not screw into to a standard tube of cream. Then I realized you can pull the plunger out to fill it. These actually work fine. It is nice that they are individually packed.

Waste of money…..doesn’t fit my tube of cream…..too small……bought because the product specified the cream (PREMARIN) I am using ……disappointed
