Glass, air-tight, nestable sizes, easy to clean... love them.
Usually get these at Costco but ended up somewhere new without a Costco nearby and this set seemed comparably priced. Love these things--they're air tight and keep stuff fresh, you can toss them in the dishwasher (lids too), and if they get too grungy you can pull the gaskets out and clean them separately and re-assemble (fairly easily; sometimes tricky to get the gasket out). Sometimes I even bake a crisp or whatnot right in the glass bottom (oven safe) and then just cap and fridge the leftovers in the container it was baked in. No plastic oozing into my food since the main container is glass... Just so convenient compared to plastic wraps or whatnot. This particular set also packs very compactly because the different sizes nest. I did drop one once far enough onto a hard surface that it broke, and it *exploded* into glass gravel, basically. I imagine they are formed under tension in a way that makes them stronger, but once they go, they go! I don't recall it being super shardy or anything, so not especially hazardous, but I'll say if you see one heading toward the tile floor, cover your face just to be safe... One last tip: Because they're truly air tight, if you put anything hot in them and clamp it down and toss it in the fridge, later you'll find the lid bowing in due to the vacuum. Eventually this does start to warp the lids.... But if you just clamp down the ends only and leave the sides open, it's still basically sealed (if you turned it sideways liquids may drip out slowly, not even sure of that..) but won't hold a vacuum, and then you can clamp down the sides later.

Great containers, just don't micro with the lid on
I've had these since 2018 & not a single problem with them until now. I'm a bit shocked by all the bad reviews. I've used these in the dishwasher, the microwave, the freezer. I always next them for storage so Idk why people are saying you can't stack them. I haven't been particularly gentle with them or treated them like they're fragile. I've not seen a single shard of glass this whole time. I don't know if I got lucky or what, but I love these containers. Because I can nest them to store them, they all fit nicely in a drawer. They do a brilliant job of keeping food fresh. I've started chopping a lot of my veggies when I buy them & storing them ready to use in these because they keep & stay crisp so much longer. They can sometimes be hard to close or open, so be aware if you have weaker hand. My 10yr old needs help sometimes, though most of the time he can do it. I've sometimes had to turn it on it's side to get better leverage but it always does what I want it to. I've been really happy with these, I'm only back to see if I can find replacement lids. I put one in the microwave, with the lid offset so it wouldn't get stuck. Except, it slipped into place and got very, very stuck. This has happened once or twice before, but never this bad. It was so sucked in & tight to the edge that after twenty minutes of trying to wedge something in between the lid & edge to break the seal I gave up & stabbed the thing. Let the air out & I'm having my lunch but now I'm down a lid. lol That isn't the container's fault though, that was user error.

3.5 Years In, Still Love These Containers
I bought this set of glasslock containers back in June of 2015. Since then, I have used the small ones nearly every weekday to bring my lunch to work, usually placed sideways in my backpack. In all that time, I have never experienced a leak, even when carting soup. It's great to have something made of glass, because I can stick it straight in the microwave at work (taking the lid off of course) and not have to worry about melting or leaching as I would with plastic. I have also used the larger containers weekly to store food for the week, and have even put some of them in the freezer for long-term storage. So far, so good, and at this point, I would buy another set in a heartbeat if I needed it. Every once in a while I'll take the gasket out and clean underneath it, because it can get gross over time if little bits of food get shoved down there. The gasket is easy to remove with a butter knife. One thing to watch out for is that the seal on these is so good, if you put hot food in a container, lock it, and put it in the fridge, it will create a vacuum as the air inside the container cools down. It will then be *very* difficult to open! If this happens, you can just microwave the container in short bursts of 15 seconds until you can get the lid off. I can't recommend these highly enough. They are so superior to all of my other tupperware.

One wonky lid
Update 2: I genuinely like these. And the largest one that had the messed up lid ended up getting dropped and broken 😞 It was my absolute favorite and didn’t stand a chance in this house lol. I am considering reordering these just for the big one! I miss it dearly. The other ones are too small for large leftovers. Update 1: I ended up keeping these despite the lid of the largest container not popping on correctly from the get-go. Wish I could get a new lid, but I don’t want to go through the hassle of complaining to the company. I just use cling wrap. The rest of the lids work great and I’ve used them nonstop so I am definitely giving it 4 stars. Would be 5 had the lid been perfect. I use them most often to store my toddler’s leftovers and for making homemade dips. They re fantastic for that. And the biggest one stores chicken and other larger meals like leftover spaghetti, etc… having the glass is so nice! Original: I put an average sized coffee cup and small baby monitor in the picture for size comparison. These are not nearly as large as I had expected them to be, but then again, I rarely look at dimensions. I was tempted to purchase these based on a youtuber’s suggestion. They looked so much larger in her videos. Lol Oh well, guess we will see how they hold up. First impressions, the ring that creates the airtight seal has come out of over half of the lids as I remove them upon unboxing. That means they will be easy to clean but frustrating to keep track of if they slip out constantly. I will update if I send them back this week.

Industrial strength and good tight seal
Have gone though the gamut regarding food containers. Rubbermaid, Pyrex, Tupperware and so on. Have finally found the right brand! Tight seal, gaskets don’t fall out but are removable. Glass is of a heavy type Pyrex type and can be stored in fridge or freezer and can be used in the oven or microwave. Glass is substantial. Other products like this especially those from China tend to have thin glass that tends to chip. Highly recommend these, with the blue tops, over the older type set with green covers. The blue ones have been redesigned and are much easier to open and close. I hand arthritis in my hands and have no issues using these. However the older type with green covers can be difficult to open and close. Dishwasher safe, just make sure lids are placed on top rack. Would also not recommend placing covers in a microwave. Take care of this set as direct and it appears you will get a lifetime of service from them. The sizes are a good start off point to try them out. They are also available in larger sizes as a double set or as singles. So happy with them that I garage sales all my old plastic and glass containers

Five Stars
Excellent. This product is like an all-in-one container. I use it in the microwave, and freeze food in it, I bake in it and then am able to take it straight to dishwasher in order to clean it. I have found that when I freeze food in it before it stays airtight without getting freezer burn, I have even frozen food in this product for over one month and opened it only to find no freezer burn no frost, it remained airtight for the entire month. I have been using this product for over one year now and am happy to report that is is stain proof and has retained no orders from the items which are used in it. I have been able to take soup to work in this container in my lunch kit which is actually more of a bag and the product turned upside down with my soup in it and I am happy to report that there was no spillage of my soup, what would have otherwise been a glorious mess for me to clean turned out just to be lunch for me to eat. Many of the containers on the markets today contain harmful chemicals which are transferred to your food when you use these containers to store your food. I therefore think buying a container like this which is made of natural components is a win-win situation for your health in the long run. Interestingly enough, I have noticed that when I put food in these containers in the fridge that they do not spoil as fast as it would’ve spoiled if it were in a plastic container.

Good for refrigerator storage; HEAVY pieces.
We bought these for NON-pantry storage. We are devoted Lock & Lock lovers, but needed something in glass for sauces and oily foods--no way were we staining our beloved Lock & Locks with a curry or spaghetti sauce! QUALITY: Have found these to be well-made and very heavy, although the locks are not as water-tight as we'd have liked. However, this is wonderful as glass storage. Came well-packed and without any blemishes. We were astonished at the weight of the box--much sturdier than we'd imagined, for the price. SIZE/CAPACITY: Some of the containers are fairly small, but great for leftovers and we do appreciate the thickness of the glass. Not great for serving pieces, as most are smaller sized, but wonderful for keeping smaller meals for one if you are so inclined. Elderly parent uses one as a bento of sorts so she can quickly "heat-and-eat" a lunch from the previous night's dinner, easily made when putting away leftovers the night before. VERSATILITY: We have not frozen them and probably will not, although the glass is tempered and seems sturdy enough to withstand the temperature. I would not recommend baking in these, however microwaving has been fine. No ghosting, cracking, or chipping. SPACE HOGS?: When not in use, the same shapes do nest in each other, which is lovely if you're short of space. I do keep the foam protectors with which they are packed between each piece, though, to prevent chipping when not in use. BOTTOM LINE: Perfect for our purposes. Good value. Lids are counted as a piece; you are receiving 9 containers and 9 lids. Would definitely purchase again if needed, although these seem like they will last a good, long time!

Throw Out That Plastic & Do A Happy Dance
The price is much better on Amazon than I've been able to find anywhere else, including club stores. These were bought (2 sets) to replace our plastic food storage containers. My husband came home home one day and told me we were going to get rid of the plastic Glad-Ware. After years of telling him not to put plastic in the microwave, his chiropractor tells him the same thing--and you can guess what happens next. He goes gung-ho throwing out all our plastic (big eye roll here). Anyway, these dishes are even better than I expected. A. I don't have to wait for the food to cool, before putting them in the containers. B. They go straight from the fridge to the microwave or oven. Woo-hoo! Less dishes! C. They are dishwasher safe. Again, less dishes to wash! Yea! D. I find that they nest well in our cabinet. E. I don't have a problem taking the lids on and off. Now, I have fibromyalgia and am pretty wimpy. I did have a little trouble at first, but after a few uses---no problem at all. With that being said, my 5 year old cannot take the lids off. To me, that's a great thing. She should have a hurricane named after her, seriously. I really don't think you'll regret this purchase. The glass is solid, not fragile. The company backs ups it's product, from what I've read. Really, this is a great product.

Great product. Conteiners are very good sizes for different food, they are not too big and not too small. Perfect!

After a lot of frustration buying containers with bad lids (Anchor being one brand)
Superb product! After a lot of frustration buying containers with bad lids (Anchor being one brand), we truly enjoy carrying all type of meals (liquid or solid) in the Glasslock containers. The seal is fantastic: simply no leaks! You can even take the gasket off to wash the tops more thoroughly once in a while (although food does not seems to get in the spaces for what I could see). The glass bottoms are sturdy and would not break easily. The sizes offered are convenient for packing lunches and snacks, and they can be nested for storage. I highly recommend this!
