I'm not quite sure why there are so many reviews about these not staying in place. These are thicker eye pads, think gel pads, and I prefer these over the thinner gauze-type pads because they remain cool and comforting under your eyes while you're wearing them. I'm sitting here typing this while wearing them, and they haven't budged a bit since I put them on.While the thinner ones tend to stay on easily, they feel scratchy to me since I have sensitive skin. These are comfortable, they stay put as long as you gently smooth them under your eyes, and they seem to work great. I have puffy under-eyes due to chronic sinusitis, and I REALLY appreciate that I was able to get so many of these for a really good price. Buying these gel-types individually in stores, they cost $2-$5 PER PAIR.The company seems very attentive to customer satisfaction. I received an email just before these arrived with instructions on how to apply the pads, and it was really nice for a company to reach out like that. I mean, most of the time, we're just numbers on a spreadsheet, orders to fill. Even if the email was automated, it's still a nice touch that customers' needs and concerns are considered.

They work fine for me. I follow the directions, I don't have issues with them falling off. I keep them in the refrigerator and I usually use them in the morning before I go to work after I wash my face with my sugarbaby cleanser. It feels nice when you first put them on, it's cooling and it brings my normal skintone back under my eyes and it brings the puffiness down under my eye. But you have to wear them consistently. It's a good price and good quality.

My eyes felt less puffy but they also feel dry. The eye patches don’t stick. I even tried the tips and tricks sent to me by the seller. I have to apply them and then lay down.

I love these under eye pads. I’ve tried several other brands and these by far are the best. They won’t slip down if you follow directions. Shake off excess liquid and press onto your skin and they will stay in place. I’m on my 4th box. I love using them every morning. I have super sensitive skin and I have no bad reaction to these. The light rose scent is pleasant
