100% Natural Alum Powder for Skin and Health Care 100 GMS / 0.22 LBS

I bought this bag of alum powder to replace what my wife has used. She uses this to put on the bottom of hydrangeas and other flowers to keep them alive longer in arrangements. I haven't used it for anything else, but since this is a big bag I will need to look into other uses. I liked that the zip lock bag came with a smaller bag inside to know that the powder was fresh. I just opened it and dumped in in the zipped bag for easy storage!

I was told by a very seasoned pool and spa repairman to put alum in your pool or spa to keep bees and wasps from bothering you. Apparently, the bees and wasps hit the water and sink. For someone that was stung twice last year and I still can't get the stinger out, this could be a game changer.
