I tried it right away on my model 9649 clippers. Works great!! Nice to have a spare blade. Highly recommend. Should get a lot of use. Time will tell. I would buy again.

During the pandemic I bought a WAHL 9649 to cut the family hair, This was meant as a temporary solution, but it ended up being our preferred way to get haircuts. This has saved us hundreds of dollars. The motor still works beautifully, but the plastic hooks holding the blades attached to the motor eventually broke. These blades are a perfect replacement, I was able to cut my husband's hair and mine with no issues, and I have spare blades too. Highly recommend them.

I have sheep dogs and these clipper blades work great to shave them down in the summer. However the blades do dull quickly. It took one whole blade per dog before the blade stopped cutting through the fur. They were easy to install and fit my dog grooming clippers well.

The media could not be loaded. Fit my Wahl Color Pro 9649 P, bought here on amzn almost ten years ago. (cordless/corded model with large set of color coded guards, carrying case, oil, scissors and combs)appearance:You'll notice the product lacks the screws on the front of the blades. This is only a minor issue because the screws just let you loosen them enough to get between the two blades for cleaning or oiling. The corners aren't quite as rounded on the new blade set, but still rounded enough to prevent accidentally nicking the skin, which is the important part. The cam follower arrived pre-lubricated and the blade set runs smoothly, without excessive noise or vibration. If you do experience that, try putting a drop of the oil that came with your clipper between the blades.functionality:I've already used one of the replacement (pack of two!) to buzz my hair and had no problems. The blades are just as heavy/thick as the originals and are adequately sharp to cut the hair on the first go.Value:I'm very happy this product exists, so that I can keep my existing clippers instead of wastefully replacing the entire thing. It's hard to find these replacements in stores, since Wahl has obvious profit motive to make buy a whole new clipper set, or at least from Wahl's site with excessive shipping charges. These blades might or might not be genuine stainless like the originals, but are good enough for me! These will last a long time for my usage frequency (about once a month).

These clipper blade replacements are fantastic!My original Wahl clipper blade started causing my clippers to vibrate so intensely that it not only left my hand shaking for about 10 minutes after turning them off, it was also very badly pulling on my hair while cutting. I first thought it was my clippers, but when I saw these blades, I decided to order them to give my clippers another shot. I'm so glad I did.These blade replacements fit my Wahl color pro cordless clippers perfectly and they very easily cut hair and did a great job. These are very much well greased and function smoothly. I like that it came in a set of 2, as I now have a spare blade. I did not have any issues with hair being pulled nor did the clippers over vibrate or hurt my hand. These blades are a great full replacement to the original. I would definitely recommend and will be ordering again! These replacement blades fit the clippers well and are easily changed out. They give a nice, sharp cut.

These do a great job! They fit perfectly on my Wahl 9646 clippers and do a precise cut. They also stay cool even after extended use, which is great to see. After a few uses, it still cuts great for me. 5 stars!

They don't fit my corded Whal Color Pro clippers. My mistake for not checking the model number before ordering.
