What's The Rush

Its hard for me to explain, but this book touched parts of me that made me uncomfortable but in the best ways. I continuously got called out and it was the most frustrating and refreshing thing.

I loved this book and it really explains a lot of emotions I love it and it talks about real things that happen.

Painful but truthful. Great works from this guy that I followed on Instagram and always wanted to read. It’s a must read for anyone going through doubt and hurt.

This book got me through a very tough time

A great insight on Joey’s life. It makes you realize that we all go through similar things but experience them all in a different way. His outlook on suicide really hit home and was eye opening.

I loved this book because if offered a lot of advice for someone who is struggling with mental health. I think this is a good book for anyone to help start the process of bringing a person out of the darkness and into the light. This book ensures you that you’re not alone struggling with your body image, friendships, relationships, family, anxiety, depression, ADHD and just life in general. What’s the Rush was so relatable as I was reading the book, I was taking notes of the inspiration words Joey Kidney was saying that I’ll forever keep. I really hope Joey makes another book just like this, because any book of Joey I’ll read!

I read this book in half a day, I couldn’t put it down. It was absolutely amazing and I loved every moment.

Possibly the greatest book I have ever read. Just what I needed in this time in my life . Thankyou.

I like his originality, it's his interpretation of his hard moments things that are common and not so common lately depending on you so you can relate to some and others not much but I think it's cool, it's not poetry but its more like a reality, in summary it's cool
