I ordered these. Don't waste your money. Says low carb but they are not. Will raise your blood sugars.

Are these gluten-free? I saw wheat-free somewhere. The fact that they say wheat-free but not gluten-free and have cereal fiber in them scares me.

The package does not state "Gluten-Free", so I would not take a chance.
