A great item
These things are very difficult to find anywhere else. They work very well. If you live in a hot enviroment and have a problem with your glasses slipping off, then these are for you. Good also for keeping your glasses on when your head is in any attitude. The only problem is the instructions are not all that good. I researched the manufacturer online for more complete instructions and even then had to fill in the gaps myself. BE SURE TO KNOW EXACTLY HOW IT WILL TURN OUT BEFORE YOU CUT YOUR ORIGINAL TEMPLES OFF. If your not sure, take them to someone who repairs eyeglasses for a living. Made in Germany.

Either old stores or bad product
Of the 4 cable ends in the package only one worked with the thermal grip. All 4 had failures of the covering. With Shipping and handling the cable ends came to ~$5 each. Add the cost of having a optometrist install them and the 75% fail rate gets expensive, as well as very irritating. I am looking for a new supplier for this product, one that actually works and doesn't cost $20 a working ear piece.

Long lasting and comfortable.
Ordered for my husband who loves temple ends on his glasses. The local eye stores do not carry. He put them on with no problem.
